Last updated: 30 September 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of frontierone.ai, run by Frontier/1 Technologies Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales under number 17288333, with its registered office at 2 Leman Street, London, United Kingdom, E1W 9US ("Frontier/1", "we", "us"). Other Frontier/1 group companies are not parties to these terms. The website is intended for business users. By using it, you accept these terms. To contact us, use the contact form on the website, marking your message "Legal", or write to our registered office.
The website is information, not an offer
The website describes our company and our services. Nothing on it is an offer or a commitment to provide a service, or a statement of capacity, pricing, availability, location or security. Our services are provided only under a written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement governs them; these terms do not.
We work to keep the website accurate, but it may not be complete or current, and we may change it at any time. Please don't rely on it for decisions without talking to us.
Using the website
You may view and share pages from the website for your own information and for discussing our services. You must not:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system
- interfere with its operation, including by automated overload
- introduce malicious code
- use it for anything unlawful
To report a security issue, use the contact form and mark your message "Security". Nothing in these terms authorises testing of our systems.
Our content and marks
The website's content, design and trade marks belong to Frontier/1 or its licensors. Third-party names and marks, including NVIDIA's, belong to their owners. No affiliation with or endorsement by them is implied.
Feedback
If you send us comments or suggestions about the website or our services, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them without restriction or obligation to you. This does not apply to information you send under a separate confidentiality agreement.
Export controls and sanctions
Our services and technology may be subject to UK, US, EU, UAE and other export control and sanctions laws. You must not use the website in breach of those laws, and you confirm that you are not the subject of applicable sanctions or located in a sanctioned jurisdiction. Nothing on the website is an offer to supply anything to any person or place where the law prohibits it.
Links
Links to other websites are for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
Disclaimer and liability
The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and conditions, and we aren't liable for any loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can't be limited or excluded by law.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy notice.
General
These terms, with our privacy notice, are the entire agreement between you and us about the website. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force. No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
Law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory rights and forum protections available to you under the law of your home country.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the updated terms.
