Who we are
This notice explains how Frontier/1 Technologies Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales under number 17288333, with its registered office at 2 Leman Street, London, United Kingdom, E1W 9US ("Frontier/1", "we", "us"), handles personal information collected through frontierone.ai. We are the controller of that information.
For any question about this notice or your information, write to us at our registered office or through the contact form on the website, marking your message "Privacy".
Scope
This notice covers the website and enquiries sent through it. Our cloud services are covered by the agreement we sign with each customer. Employees, contractors and job applicants are covered by separate notices.
What we collect
When you contact us. Through the contact form or by email: your name, work email, organisation and role, and what you tell us about your needs (industry, where you need to run, what you want to run, when and for how long, and anything else you write).
When you visit the website. Our hosting provider records technical information to deliver and secure the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We don't use this to identify you, and we don't build profiles of visitors.
We don't ask for special category information, such as health data. Please don't include it in a message. Please also don't send confidential or customer data through the form or by email; we will put a non-disclosure agreement in place first.
Why we use it, and on what basis

|---|---|
| Replying to your enquiry and discussing our services with you | Our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our business |
| Taking steps you ask for before entering a contract with us | Steps before a contract |
| Keeping the website secure and working | Our legitimate interest in protecting the site and its visitors |
| Meeting legal obligations, and establishing or defending legal claims | Legal obligation, or our legitimate interest in protecting our rights |
We don't sell or share your information for advertising. We don't use anything you send us to train AI models.
Transfers outside the UK and EEA
Our service providers and group companies process information in the United States, the United Arab Emirates and elsewhere. Where information leaves the UK or the European Economic Area, we use safeguards recognised by data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or decisions, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or EU standard contractual clauses. Ask us for details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you become a customer, in which case our agreement with you applies. Our hosting provider keeps website technical logs for a short period.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law, you can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests. You can also ask us to send it to you or another organisation in a portable form. Write to us as described above. We'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or, if you are in the EEA, to your local data protection authority. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
US state privacy
We don't sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we haven't done so in the past 12 months. Residents of US states with privacy laws may request access, correction or deletion by writing to us as described above; we won't discriminate against you for doing so.
Children
The website is for business visitors and isn't directed at anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We protect the information you send us with access controls and encryption in transit. To report a security issue with this website, use the contact form and mark your message "Security".
